国税庁のAPIと連携し消費税登録番号の検証と法人情報の登録を自動化

日本の国税庁が提供する「適格請求書発行事業者公表システム（インボイスWeb-AP）」や「法人番号システムWeb-API」と連携し、法人情報を取得したり登録番号の適正性を自動で検証することができます。

法人番号システムAPI連携

国税庁が提供する法人情報を活用し正確な得意先/仕入先マスタの情報を登録/更新することができます。
これによりマスタの二重登録を防ぎ、最新のマスタの情報を保つことができます。

適格請求書発行事業者公表システムAPI連携

得意先/仕入先マスタの登録と同時にインボイス制度の登録番号の取得、および登録番号の有効性の検証を行います。すでに登録されている仕訳データ（消費税明細）に対しても検証を行うことができるため、経費精算など仕入先マスタを登録しない場合の仕入消費税の控除可否の判定および判定の記録をシステムに残すことができます。

主な機能

  • 国税庁API連携セットアップ：法人情報取得時の全角半角変換処理の有無や得意先/仕入先マスタの項目とのマッピングを行います。
  • 国税庁法人番号システムAPI連携：社名などから法人情報を検索し、その情報をもとに得意先/仕入先マスタの登録・更新を行うことができます。
  • 国税庁 適格請求書発行事業者公表システムAPI連携：インボイス制度における登録番号の取得および有効性の検証およびその記録を自動化できます。


Japan National Tax Agency API connection

API connection with the "Qualified Invoice Number Web-AP" and "Corporate Number System Web-API" provided by Japan National Tax Agency allows you to obtain corporate information and automatically verify the qualified invoice number.

Feature

  • Setup Page: setting up text conversion and field mapping.
  • Integration with Corporate Number System: Enables searching of corporate information by company name, etc., and registration/updating of customer/supplier master based on that information.
  • Integration with Qualified Invoice Number System: Automates the acquisition and validation of VAT registration numbers (Qualified invoice No.) and their recording in the invoice system.
